you know what. i seriously think aloysius should not be called aloysius.drats what was i thinking/talking.nvm.as yah know his name is e first on my handphone list . supposedly it was ada's name but i changed it to dear for her(yes she's my dear) so his name comes first. so everytime if i didnt lock my keypad , i'll accidentally call him and he just HAPPENS to be e first one.and it happened last night . he called me back but apparently i was asleep so i msged him this morning and he told me i was e one who called him so he called me . (confusing?) anyway,it was by accident after all so i apologised to him and he said everyone also called him accidentally everytime . look,so it's not my fault after all . uhm,even though i called him accidentally for like 5 times time i think =/ uh,so e conclusion is , aloysius should not be called aloysius but zloysius . sounds great. HAHA :Xanyway,mummy called & asked me to settle my own lunch . initially i decided to skip my lunch but later decided not to because my stomach's not giving in roawhhh. so,i decided to cooooook ! just as i was about to cook i randomly took a picture of e food and an idea struck me " HEY!i could actually conduct a lesson/post on it!" (i was also darn bored)so tadah,there you go,
MISS JOCELYN'S COOKING LESSON ! :D
Ingredients : An egg,a sausage,a packet of mee goreng (:D :D),water,oil,chilli oil and seasoning :D
Time taken/required : Estimated time will be 25 minutes , even though I took 45 minutes to do e calling , smsing , chatting on phone , asking for help , and e list goes on .
What you need : A wok , a frying pan , fork , spoon , oil wok (if there's such thing) , scissors.
So I started cooking e noodles first :D :D I always failed to cook proper (drats) noodles because it's either uncooked/soggy =/ =/ so this time I've learnt my lesson and time my cooking like how I'm learning to time my drives in netball . (yes,fcuking random:X) So,there you go.
Firstly,boil e water.When it's boiled,put/throw/whatever e noodles into e whatever-you-call and let it cook. I didnt time how long I've put in but i guess it's 3 minutes with big fire(direct translated) .
Then,scoop e noodles up with e-thingy-with-a-lot-of-holes and put into a bowl . Like this.
Last but not least,add in e seasoning+chilli oil and mix well . When I say mix well I mean it.Previously,there're many many times I didnt mix well so e end product sucked . Btw, e chilli oil splurt all over just now ): Eww,it was damn oily!
In my opinion , I think e noodles easiest to cook lah . Why so ? Read on.
The next step is to fry an egg . I have this habit which I dont know it's good / bad , and that's to put e oil on e frying pan , and then put on top of e stove , and then light e fire . Why leh ? Because I'm a very kanchiong person which will fluster if anything stirs.
And and and , 5 minutes have passed , and it still looked like this ): (how long do i have to wait my dear oil ? )
Finally,e oil started to splatter and I finally finally finally heard some splishy splashy . So I put e egg in & fyi,it should look good with fixed shape -____- How bout mineeee ? :D :D

Attempt failed . But it's okay I thought , since I dont eat egg yolk , only e egg white. :D But I guess I've hurt mama's feeling . Because ...
Dehhhhhhh - (X zillion) This is how her new frying pan looks like now o.0 (i was so afraid i couldnt wash it off)
Therefore , egg attempt failed . But edible . XD
Next up , e SAUSAGE ! :D 1 sausage would be enough , because you can chop it up yup . For people who know me well, I LOVE SAUSAGES LIKE NOBODY'S BUSINESS.My record is to eat 18 sausage per day , oh well , that happens long long time ago when I'm in p3 I think :X :X

Then heat e oil in e wok .
Wahlaoehxz , I wait until effing long e oil still refused to splatter luh >.< in e end i called peeps for help and they asked me to try throw e sausage in , which I did .

Last step . Scoop e bloody & pathetic(by right I shouldnt call them that but oh well :P ) sausages up and you know what ? You're done ! :D :D
My lunch . My delicious lunch ! :D :D
Trust me . Even though there're some flip flops during e cooking session,e lunch was so delicious that I gobbled/slurped/whatever them up in like freaking 6 minutes . Yes , I counted.It was god damn delicious but rest it , I'll stop self-praising myself since my mummy my aunt and ms tan often say self-praise is international disgrace . (seriously i dont know what it meant by that but my aunt just can't stop saying it to me when i'm young)
Oh btw,e meegoreng brand is this . That is , if you wish to know .
It's my favourite okay! :D :D I started to hate maggie mee with soup because of this because that rocks terribly/terribly rocks. So, this time my cooking is finally a SUCCESS :D
Before I forget , the cooking session is solely my own style of cooking.I didnt say it's right , I didnt say I'm correct . You can try at your own risk . I repeat,it's just how I cook it.There're of course many others ways yup. :D &&&/ e picture quality not very good lah . Because I was busy watching over e fire and my phone , sucks . I think e thingaye is yellow come up is green de lor.K lah,too exaggerating .
So how do you guys think of my cooking ? Wanna try ? Mine is freee de okay! *everyone runs away*

E beijing people are coming back in like (letmecount) uh, 17hours' time! :D :D Finally they're back but ohwell , I think 10 days really fly man :D It'ld definitely be great to see them back hoho . And see my presents back XD Just kidding. I want mahjong sessions and peisi shaotao hwaiyi , APPEAL okay ! =X
Anyway,my salary hasn't come yet and I really dont wish it to come on e ssc chalet nor tuesday training since there'll be 2.4km which will be darn uncomfortable >.< I dont care if you mind me blogging bout it . But, I've got feel eh ):

Anyway, I wanna talk a bit on open house yesterday.It wasn't good @ all luh.MissTock said estimated people coming in will be quite a number but it's like damn lil ? On top is like practically empty and bottom got a lot nahr, all kranjians lor. LOL . I dont think this year open house is successfully personally lah . Yeap . And then some sensitive and selfish issues , I dont wish to mention here lah . Now I know how selfish people can get . Alamak >.<
I think I'll probably slack e whole evening today . Or maybe out for a run I think . I want to play netball and I've made a mistake. There aren't 29 training . I counted and there're only 16 I think ): Bye.
